Use of Online Tools

YesTools provides free online tools designed to perform practical tasks across categories including calculations, text processing, content generation, development, SEO, security, image processing, conversions and other common online tasks.

Individual tools may operate differently. Depending on the tool, processing may take place entirely within your browser or may involve website infrastructure or third-party services.

You are responsible for ensuring that information entered, uploaded or otherwise submitted to a tool is appropriate for the intended purpose and that you have the necessary rights to use that information.

Unless a particular tool expressly states otherwise, YesTools tools are provided as general-purpose utilities and should not be treated as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, security or other specialist advice.

Tool Results and Accuracy

YesTools is designed to provide useful results based on the information supplied by the user and the functionality of each individual tool. However, results are not guaranteed to be completely accurate, complete or error-free in every circumstance.

Results may depend on user input, formulas, algorithms, conversion standards, data sources, browser behaviour, software limitations, technical changes and other factors.

You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any result before relying on it for an important decision, calculation, publication, financial transaction, technical implementation or other consequential purpose.

YesTools does not guarantee that a particular tool will meet every requirement, produce a particular result or remain available indefinitely.

Tool Input and Output

Some YesTools tools allow you to enter, upload, transform, analyse, calculate or otherwise process information. You remain responsible for the information you provide and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.

You should not use YesTools to process confidential, sensitive or proprietary information unless you have considered the relevant privacy, security and confidentiality implications of doing so.

Where a tool generates, transforms or calculates output, you are responsible for reviewing that output before using, publishing, distributing or relying upon it.

Tool output does not necessarily represent advice, recommendation, endorsement or verification by YesTools.

Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the YesTools website, including its original text, page layouts, branding, graphics, code, tool interfaces and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to YesTools and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms of Use do not transfer ownership of YesTools intellectual property to you.

The presence of an advertisement, sponsored link or promotional reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by YesTools.

YesTools is provided on an availability basis. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or any particular tool cannot be guaranteed.

Tools, pages and website features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security measures, hosting issues, third-party dependencies or circumstances outside reasonable control.

YesTools may modify, update, suspend, replace or discontinue any tool, feature, page or other part of the website without guaranteeing continued availability of a particular service.

Security and Abuse

You must not attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of YesTools or its supporting infrastructure.

Prohibited activity includes attempting to bypass authentication or access controls, introducing malicious code, conducting unauthorised vulnerability exploitation, launching denial-of-service activity, scraping in a manner that causes unreasonable load, or otherwise interfering with the website or its users.

Security testing, scanning or research involving YesTools must only be performed where you have appropriate authorisation and where the activity does not disrupt, damage or compromise the website or its infrastructure.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, YesTools and its tools, content and website features are provided without guarantees that they will always be accurate, complete, current, available, secure or free from errors.

Information and tool results available through YesTools are provided for general informational and practical purposes. They should not be treated as professional advice unless expressly identified as such.

You are responsible for determining whether a tool, calculation, conversion, generated result, information or other output is suitable for your particular circumstances.

Where a decision could result in financial, legal, medical, technical, security or other significant consequences, appropriate independent verification or professional advice should be obtained.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to that limitation, to the fullest extent permitted by law, YesTools will not be responsible for losses or damage arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the website, its tools, content or results.

Where legally permitted, this includes indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity or losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable tool results.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and taking reasonable steps to protect your own systems, devices, data and information.

You are also responsible for ensuring that information you enter, upload, process or submit through YesTools is lawful and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.

Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, costs or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms of Use or your infringement of another person's rights.

Privacy

Your use of YesTools may involve the processing of personal information. Details about how personal information is collected, used, retained and protected are explained in the YesTools Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

These Terms of Use and your use of YesTools are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms of Use or your use of YesTools.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, where legally possible, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Waiver

Failure to enforce or exercise any provision or right under these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that provision or right.

Any waiver will only apply to the specific circumstance for which it is given and will not prevent the enforcement of the same or another provision in the future.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the terms governing your use of YesTools, subject to any additional terms that may apply to a particular tool or third-party service.
